Your refit, live in your pocket
Owners and captains are rarely at the yard every day during a repaint or refit. The YRA Project Status App closes that gap. Every Yacht Refit Asia client gets access, so you can follow your yacht's paint and refit project from anywhere without waiting for emails or chasing the yard for updates.

What you see in the app
- Live progress dashboard: percentage bars for the whole programme and for each area, such as the hull, superstructure and helideck.
- Programme and timeline: the full Gantt schedule, showing each stage, its dates and what comes next.
- Twice-daily work photos: uploaded straight from site twice a day and sorted by date and area, plus a weekly photo page that sums up each week.
- Technical records: daily paint application reports, temperature and humidity readings, hardness tests and inspection hold points.
- Downloadable documents: contracts, specifications and class paperwork in one place, with financial documents behind a separate password.
- Secure access: one company sign-in on phone or computer, and every sign-in is logged with location and device.
Yacht refit progress reports, every coat on record
Every project comes with a full set of technical records, and the app is how we share them with owners, captains, surveyors and yards.
- Daily paint application reports list the area, products, batch numbers of the base and curing agent, mixing ratio, thinners, application method, average wet film thickness, litres used and safety checks.
- Temperature and humidity: air temperature, surface temperature, relative humidity and dew point are logged through the day, area by area, including environmental monitoring inside climate-controlled tents.
- Hardness tests: filler hardness is checked and recorded as part of fairing quality control.
- Inspection hold points are agreed in the quality control plan at kick-off. Primer and topcoat acceptance is signed by the owner's representative and YRA before the next stage begins.
The same records support surveyors. Two of our delivered projects, M/Y Kahala (40 m) at ST Marine Engineering, Singapore, and M/Y Kerry (33 m) in Hong Kong, for Burgess, were approved by RINA surveyors.
Project management for superyacht refits, wherever you are
We use the app on our projects at ST Marine Engineering in Singapore, in Thailand and in Vietnam. Whether you are on board elsewhere, in the office or at home, you see the same progress, photos and records as our team on site.
